Management of Computer-Based National Examination for Equivalency Program in Community Learning Center

This study aims to describe how the managers of Community Learning Center (CLC), implements the four functions of management in the face of Computer-Based National Examination (UNBK) for Package C (High School Equivalency) Program. The type of research used was descriptive qualitative. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the managers of CLC have performed their management functions related to UNBK for Package C Program, starting from planning, organizing, leading, controlling. But in the process of implementing the management functions, there are some weaknesses, especially those derived from human resources, physical resources, and financial resources. Some solutions applied by CLC managers to help minimize the weaknesses.
