Utilization of Standard Procedures and Workflow according to the School Vision and Mission

Abstract—Many school documents are not utilized as work guidelines for program management. How do schools develop the management capacities by utilizing standard procedures and workflow according to the school’s vision and mission? This study aims to utilize standard procedures and workflow in line with the school’s vision and mission to develop the capacity of program management. The research used qualitative approach, with case study method. Case studies were conducted at two sites, focusing on standardized procedural procedures and workflow cases. Data collection methods used were interviews, field observations, document studies and artifacts. The data validity test was done with credibility, transferability, dependability, and conformability. The results and discussion show that, the standard procedures and workflows are understood, visualized, and used by teachers and staffs, improving management performance to be more organized and directed.
