Scheming Educational Leadership Communication Skills through NLP

For the past few years, communication had been seen as one of the most important skills that every one, including educational leaders, should have. Leaders spend most of their time communicating. One of the major findings of the research on communications shown that every day manager spent 70 to 90 percent of their time in communicating with their teams and others at work place. Furthermore, effective communication also acts as an advantage of a leader to lead effectively. However, what really happen in the real life situation, the communication skills have not being well-schemed, thus gap in between the required skills and practice in the field is becoming inevitable. The author suggests educational leaders to choose some techniques in Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP) for them to follow and practice them; which will bring a welcoming change in them. Thus, on the basis of the study of previous work done by many authors in the past decade, the author has made an attempt to find how to scheme educational leadership communication skills through NLP. What all are the key points educational leaders have to keep in mind while communicating with their teams and suggestions to improve communication in make leadership more effective.
