VALUES-BASED LEADERSHIP MODEL’S IN PRIVATE PRIMARY SCHOOL

Research is called "Values-Based Leadership Model’s in private primary schools as the city of Bandung". This study was conducted in 30 private primary schools as the city of Bandung with survey responses principals at each school. In general, this study aims to obtain an overview and find out how much Influence Leadership Principals Based on the Performance Values Teachers in private primary schools throughout the city of Bandung. This research was conducted using the descriptive method and quantitative approaches, and supported by literature study. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires, the population is the principal and teachers in 30 private primary schools as the city of Bandung, with a total sample of 94 respondents. Results calculated, shows that the value-based leadership model’s are in the very good category with an overall average of 4.36 while the performance aspects of teachers that are in the very good category with average -rata all aspects of 4.52. Based on the calculation coefficient of determination obtained a value of 12.3% and the t test calculation results obtained t = 3.591> table = 1,706 value-based leadership means a significant effect on the performance of teachers
