Study of Implementation of Quality Management in Madina Islamic Primary School Jakarta

The focus of this research was on policy, planning, implementation, and evaluation of quality management in Madina Islamic Primary School Jakarta. The method used was descriptive qualitative. Re-search Results: The quality policy of Madina Islamic Primary School Jakarta is wisdom, competence and ex-cellent. The work plans were formulated by the principals together with a team and submitted for the approval of the organization. Implementation of quality management was by applying the quality management princi-ples. Quality management evaluation was conducted by using feedback for services improvement. The evalua-tion involves participation of parents/guardians through the role of the committee. The recommendation of this research is the revision of vision and mission of Madina Islamic Primary School Jakarta by considering environmental analysis. Quality management planning related to appreciation can be given in the form of tui-tion fees and human resources competence development activities. For quality management implementation, coordination and socialization of research results from R&D department needs to be optimized. Research re-sults can be used as data in the decision making by the principal in education services. The implementation of quality management evaluation needs to involve all school elements.
