Work Productivity of Public Vocational High School Teachers In Bandung

This study aims to describe the contribution of instructional leadership of principal (X1) and quality of work life (X2) to teacher work productivity (Y) of public vocational school in Bandung. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collection is done through a closed questionnaire to 288 teachers at 16 Vocational High School in Bandung. The result of research shows that there is a positive and significant contribution from instructional leadership of principal and quality of work life to Work Productivity of Vocational High School Teachers in Bandung with strong enough correlation level with value 0.466 and contribution percentage of 21.7%, while percentage 78.3% Is another factor that is not researched by researchers.
