The research based on unoptimalism of learning quality at Public Elementary School District Gresik, the head master clinical supervision and professional teacher performance as one of factor affections learning quality. The research case is how big the influence of head master clinical supervision and professional teacher performance for learning quality. The research method is descriptive by oncoming quantitative. The result of method represents the head master clinical supervision and professional teacher performance simultaneously has positive influence in learning quality by the correlation value 0,639. the influence of the head master clinical supervision and professional teacher performance for learning quality in solid category has contribution 40,9%
